Company Policy


QRS products are manufactured for the year, make and model of the vehicle you specified in your order. However, we have learned over the years that there may be some variation between models in any given year. Variation could be the result of plants of origin and OEM modification during the production run of a given vehicle. Compare the new part to your original or place it in the vehicle to determine fit and alignment of holes and contours. If you find that the product you ordered does not fit your vehicle, do not alter it in any way. No refund or credit will be given for a product which has been modified. Please contact QRS customer service to initiate a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #).

We accept returns of all unaltered products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus shipping costs. All return requests initiated after the 30-day period are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns should be re-packaged in the same box as received, with the packing slip enclosed and the issued RMA# marked on the package.

Damaged Merchandise

Examine and count all packages carefully. Damaged products that occur during shipment are the responsibility of the carrier. If parts arrive damaged, contact QRS Customer Service immediately to initiate a claim. Photographs of the package and damaged product will be requested as part of the claim process. Do not return the damaged part to QRS. Keep the package and parts in the condition in which you received them. Without the package, the carrier will void the claim.


Shortages seldom occur, however, should you feel you didn’t receive your entire order, be sure to compare it to the packing slip attached to the outside of the box. It lists all items contained with the package/order. Open and inspect your parts completely, as small items may drop to the bottom of the box. If you find a shortage, please contact our office.

Production Time

QRS strives to maintain a 15-day production cycle based on the date that an order is submitted. We serve on a first-come, first-serve basis. It is seldom that QRS needs to extend that time due to high production volume, and more often, we can ship sooner than the 15-workday quote.

Back Orders

QRS does not back order any of its products. We manufacture our products on demand. Shipments will be made when the entire order is complete.

Special Orders

Items considered to be "special" include changes or modifications to any of the QRS product lines. Special orders are non-refundable.


All published pricing is effective immediately and supersedes any previously published catalog and/or advertised prices. QRS reserves the right to change prices without notice. Published prices on our products are for retail customers. QRS accepts all major credit cards.

Dealer Program

Shipping Charges

QRS charges FedEx Ground/Home Delivery rates, plus a nominal box/handling fee. It is not possible to quote exact shipping charges to the customer in advance because every product/order measures and weighs differently. If a customer desires, he may choose to have his product shipped Next Day, Second Day, or Three Day Air, however the cost is substantially higher. QRS will not accept the responsibility of charges when a shipment has been refused or needs to be returned after three unsuccessful attempts to deliver.


As our customers and dealers throughout the nation, Canada and Europe will attest, our firewalls "fit like a glove". If you are not satisfied, please call our office to arrange for a correction, replacement, or refund. Products which have been modified may not be returned. QRS accepts no responsibility and offers no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the safety of any of the materials used in the composition of its products other than that which is submitted by the manufacturer of the raw materials used. QRS is very selective about the materials used in production -- all materials meet or exceed OEM standards.
